Hoppy Tales: Casanova

Casanova holds such a special place in our hearts—he was the last bunny rescued from our first case in Midlothian, the one that started it all for us. Over the course of several months, we rescued 15 bunnies who were fending for themselves and birthing countless litters in a trailer park, and Casanova was the one who closed that chapter. 🐰 📖 📚

When we found Casanova, he was sitting in the rain in the middle of an herb garden, looking like he had given up. We’ll never forget the sight of him—tired, soaked, and waiting for someone to care. That moment was a turning point for us, and it’s part of the reason this rescue exists today. ❤️‍🩹✨

Today, we get to wish Casanova #HoppyTails because his story has a much brighter ending. He’s found a loving home after bonding with Samantha, a senior lop and Bunny Lu alum. Their match was love at first sight, just like a fairytale. The two are inseparable, and Casanova finally has the love, comfort, and companionship he always deserved. 🥰💕
