Anya, Darya, and Nina were rescued along with two male bunnies after they had been neglected outside in a backyard where they were being fed chicken feed and living with dogs. Shortly after we rescued them, we realized they're a bonded trio! They feel safer and more comfortable being together, especially after all they have been through, so now they'll never be apart. These three girls are spayed and microchipped. They are becoming more comfortable in their foster home every day. They've even been doing binkies and splooting; clear signs that they feel safe and comfortable. Nina and Anya are Mini Rex adult bunnies, and Darya is a Rex-mix senior bunny. We believe Darya is the mother of Nina and Anya, because she's protective of them! Consider opening your heart and home to these three girls who deserve the world.

Blackberry is a spayed adult female bunny who starts off shy, but once she warms up, she loves to be petted and enjoys plenty of free roam time! She was rescued by good Samaritans in Roanoke, VA in October 2024. Blackberry was dumped outside and left to fend for herself with several other bunnies. She's a huge fan of fresh veggies, and even more so would enjoy finding a family to love her. Blackberry prefers the company of men and needs a patient and experienced adopter. Consider applying to adopt Blackberry!

Meet Blossom! Brought to RVA SBS as a days-old baby and bottle-fed for several weeks, Blossom is a sweet and very social girl who is now spayed. A little shy at first, once she warms up she is playful and curious and would love nothing more than a home and family to call her own. She loves being petted and coming up for treats. She would be a wonderful playful companion for a home with gentle children or a bonding candidate for another bunny. She can be adopted with her sister Sara Bellum but it is not a requirement.

Carina is a sweet 5 month old Mini Rex mix. She is was rescued in Chesapeake in July 2025 with 5 other rabbits after being neglected outside for weeks and surviving on watermelon rinds. Carina is a little shy at first but she enjoys getting pets and doesn't mind being held. Carina is doing well with her litter box training! She loves her greens and treats! She has been fostered with several of the bunnies she was rescued with and because of this we believe she would make an excellent bonding candidate for a spayed or neutered bunny!

Carmen is a small Rex mix weighing 4.4lbs with adorable white paws. She was rescued with 5 other rabbits in July 2025 in Chesapeake VA after being neglected and left to fend for herself outside. Carmen was recently spayed and is learning to use the litter box. She has a sweet personality and is shy at first, but opens up with a patient caregiver. She is currently being fostered with several of the bunnies she was rescued with and we believe she would make an excellent bonding candidate for another spayed or neutered bunny. Carmen can be adopted with her sister Cora or separately.

Cocoa is a small bunny who was rescued with four other bunnies after they had been neglected outside in a backyard where they were being fed chicken feed and living with dogs. In his foster home, Cocoa is learning to trust humans after all that he's been through. He's not scared to run around and play, but he's working on understanding that humans can be a source of love and affection. He likes to do a "side flop," where he throws himself onto his side and then relaxes with his feet out! Cocoa is litter box trained. Cocoa is an energetic and curious bunny who loves to explore and would likely be a good match for a laid-back bunny who can help him feel safe.

Meet Cora! Cora is a 1-2 year old Rex mix. She is on the smaller side at 4.5lbs. Sweet Cora was rescued in Chesapeake with 5 other bunnies after they were neglected outside. Cora is a bit shy at first but once she learns she is safe she comes around quickly. She was recently spayed so she is still working on developing perfect litter box habits but with some patients she will get there. Cora has been fostered with several of the bunnies she was rescued with so it is likely she will make a good bonding candidate for a spayed or neutered bunny

Layla is spayed, microchipped, and looking for her family! Layla loves being petted and does amazing with her litterbox! She's an athletic bunny who needs plenty of space to do her zoomies and binkies. Layla would likely do well bonding with another bunny since she has been in the company of other bunnies before! While she may look like a cottontail, Layla is a domestic bunny who was rescued in Portsmouth in January 2025 with several other bunnies. They were abandoned by a resident who had allegedly been breeding them for meat. Consider welcoming Layla into your family!

She is spayed and litter box trained. She would make a good bonding candidate for a neutered bunny (she does not like other female bunnies!). Lilo was rescued in Roanoke in March 2025 after she was either dumped or got loose from a possible meat breeder in the area. She was on her own for several weeks before being rescued.

Marigold has a sweet and gentle personality that warms the heart of anyone who meets her. She enjoys being petted and is calm and friendly. Marigold is now spayed and looking for a foster or adoptive home. She would also be a good candidate for another spayed or neutered bunny! Marigold was rescued in Roanoke in April 2025 after she was abandoned outside. A kind neighborhood resident brought her to safety after worrying she would get hit by a car. We’re relieved that Marigold is now safe and healthy and will soon find a wonderful family to love her. Could that be you?

Mischief is a friendly, litterbox trained, neutered male bunny about 1 year old. He was rescued in fall 2024 as a baby, after a family who had been killing bunnies for meat in their garage decided to stop and set 10 bunnies loose. Despite his name, Mischief is an unproblematic foster favorite! He is active and prefers playing to cuddles, but he will hop all around your feet and follow you during free roam time, and hop into your lap for chin scratches and fresh greens. He doesn't mind being held for short periods and would be a great bonding candidate for another spayed or neutered bunny!

Snowball is a spayed and litter box trained bunny who loves to be petted and will even hop into her foster's lap for attention! Snowball was rescued in Midlothian with nine other bunnies after they were abandoned outside when a family who had been killing bunnies for meat decided to stop. This precious girl can't wait to find her family and would be a great bonding candidate for another spayed or neutered bunny!
